Case Management has been a part of
the Commission since 1990. The purpose of the program is to provide drug,
alcohol and support services to Armstrong and Indiana County residents with
confirmed or suspected substance abuse problems. The Commission employs case
managers to provide assessment, placement, and support services.
Case
Management services are available to all individuals who are experiencing
problems related to drugs and alcohol. A confidential service assessment can
be scheduled during which you will meet with the Case Manager and discuss
the supportive services that you are seeking.
The primary functions of Case Management are to EVALUATE your strengths
and needs, help you set GOALS, LINK you to services, ADVOCATE for your
rights and COACH you as you work toward your goals.
Any communication with this program will be treated in a CONFIDENTIAL
manner.
