Case Management Program

The purpose of the Case Management Program is to provide drug, alcohol and support services to Armstrong, Indiana and Clarion County residents with confirmed or suspected substance abuse problems. Case Management services are available to all individuals who are experiencing problems related to drugs and alcohol. A confidential service assessment can be scheduled during which you will meet with the Case Manager and discuss the supportive services that you are seeking. The primary functions of Case Management are to evaluate your strengths and needs, help you set goals, link you to services, advocate for your rights and coach you as you work toward your goals. Any communication with this program will be treated in a CONFIDENTIAL manner.
