Working Together to Combat Underage Drinking

The Armstrong-Indiana Drug and Alcohol Commission, Inc. was awarded a grant through the SPF-SIG (Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant) as part of a federal program to combat underage drinking. A coalition consisting of key Indiana community leaders in the areas of enforcement, prevention, public policy, education, media, parents and youth has been formed under the name CAAUD: Collective Action Against Underage Drinking.
Part of our mission is to develop and implement a plan to mitigate the negative effects of underage drinking on our youth and community.
Partnering with the Drug Free Communities Coalition is a large part of making this goal a reality.
