The Armstrong-Indiana Drug and Alcohol Commission was awarded a grant to be a sub-contractor for Washington County Health Partners to provide tobacco prevention, cessation and exposure activities in Armstrong and Indiana Counties. This grant is a result of the Master Settlement Agreement funding awarded through the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
